In the neighborhood

Homeward Bound
38" X 50"
oil on canvas

Going back home from the beach, I have always thought to paint Balboa as long shadows drape across the dramatic angle of the street. There is a tsunami evacuation route sign on the right.

color palette, contrasts, it really gives the feeling and the atmoshere of a warm and sunny beach day running to its end.

You've got a killer eye for our beach. It's beautiful.

This is incredible, I really admire what you do with paint. I've got to build up the courage to use it myself though. Have you done any interviews describing your painting process?
